Use FFREPORT with FFMPEG on Microsoft Windows

Use this command-line to output the FFMPEG log file to a custom location:

set FFREPORT=file=C\:\\Users\\Testing\\Desktop\\ffmpeg\\status.log && ffmpeg -loglevel quiet -report -i test.mp4 new.mp4
