You can disable all options in the CTRL+ALT+DEL menu on Microsoft Windows:

disable-ctrl-alt-del-menu-windows

So the above CTRL+ALT+DEL menu looks like this:

disable-ctrl-alt-del-menu-windows-all

To do that, you need to create a .reg file with this content:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoLogOff"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000001
"DisableLockWorkstation"=dword:00000001
"DisableChangePassword"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"HideFastUserSwitching"=dword:00000001
"DisableLockWorkstation"=-

Save the file as DisableCAD.reg and double-click on it.

To re-enable the options in the CTRL+ALT+DEL menu, use this .reg file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoLogOff"=-

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=-
"DisableLockWorkstation"=-
"DisableChangePassword"=-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"HideFastUserSwitching"=-
"DisableLockWorkstation"=-

You may require to reboot the PC for few changes to take effect.
