If you get these errors with apt-get update:

Err:52 https://packages.sury.org/php stretch Release
  server certificate verification failed. CAfile: /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt CRLfile: none
Reading package lists... Done
E: The repository 'https://packages.sury.org/php stretch Release' does no longer have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

Then you can use the following bash script to fix them:

#!/bin/bash
apt-get update
apt-get install ntp -y
apt-get update
apt-get -y install apt-transport-https lsb-release ca-certificates
wget -O /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/php.gpg https://packages.sury.org/php/apt.gpg
apt-get update
apt-get install php7.0-fpm -y

It seems to be related to:

Server Certificate Verification failed CAfile (apt-get update)
